Therapy You Can Relate To

Our Story

Born from a desire to go deeper than traditional approaches, this practice was founded on the belief that every person holds a narrative waiting to be rewritten. We recognized that healing doesn’t always follow a straight line. It happens in the space between past and present, hurt and hope, silence and expression.

The name Beyond The Frame reflects our mission: to look beyond the visible, the assumed, the label. In art, a frame defines the edges. In life, too, we are often boxed in by our experiences, diagnoses, or stories told about us. Here, we invite you to step outside that frame, into a space where healing is not confined but expansive.

At Beyond the Frame, you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are and to grow at your own pace, with support that sees you fully.

This is our story. We’d be honored to be part of yours.

FAQ

  • Your initial consultation is a brief, no-pressure conversation designed to help us get to know each other and determine if Beyond the Frame Therapeutics is the right fit for your needs.

    During this call, we’ll:

    • Answer Your Questions: You can ask about our approach, specialties, session format, fees, and anything else on your mind.

    • Discuss Your Goals: Share a bit about what brought you here and what you hope to achieve through therapy.

    • Explain the Process: We’ll walk you through what working together looks like, including session frequency and what you can expect in therapy.

  • The length of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients come for a few months to work on a specific issue, while others stay longer for deeper, ongoing work. We’ll collaborate to check in on your goals and progress along the way.

  • If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward — therapy may be a helpful space to begin exploring those experiences. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people come to therapy to process transitions, improve self-esteem, navigate relationships, or reconnect with their sense of self.

At Beyond the Frame Therapeutics, we believe therapy is for anyone curious about growth and healing. If you're asking yourself this question, it's a sign you're already engaging in self-reflection — and that’s a meaningful first step.
